Cancellation & refund policy

The short version

Cancel anytime. No fees, no phone calls, no guilt trips. If you're not happy in your first 60 days, we make it right or refund you in full. Your domain and your content are always yours. The details are below.

1. Our satisfaction guarantee

During the build, you get unlimited revision rounds. We refine the design until you're happy before anything goes live. Revisions refine the direction you approved at the mockup stage. If you want to scrap the approved direction and start from a new concept, we'll do that once at no charge. Additional full concepts are quoted as new design work.

If you're not happy with your site within your first 60 days, tell us. We'll take one real attempt to make it right. If we can't, we'll refund every subscription fee you've paid.

A refund under this guarantee ends the service. Your site comes offline, and your subscription is closed. You keep your domain and your content (your text, images, and anything created for your business). The site code and design are not included, since the build was refunded.

2. Cancelling a monthly plan

Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee, and you never have to call anyone.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Your site stays live through that date. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the 60-day satisfaction guarantee above.

3. Cancelling an annual plan

Cancel anytime. Within your first 60 days, you receive a full refund. After 60 days, your refund is the amount you paid minus the months you've used at the regular monthly rate.

Example: Growth billed annually is $1,920. If you cancel at month 6, you've used 6 months at the $200 monthly rate ($1,200), so we refund $720.

We send a reminder email about 30 days before your annual plan renews. If a renewal charge goes through that you didn't intend, we'll refund it in full within 60 days of the charge, and prorate it after that.

4. What you keep when you leave

Your domain. Yours from day one. We never register domains in our name or hold them for you. We help you set yours up so you're always in control, which means there's nothing to transfer when you leave.

Your content. Your text, images, and anything provided by you or created for your business is yours. We export and hand it over at no charge, always, regardless of how long you were with us.

Your source code. The hand-coded site files are released to you at no charge after 6 consecutive paid months on any plan, and immediately on any annual plan. Before 6 months, you can buy the code out by paying the months remaining to reach 6 at your plan's monthly rate. Example: 3 months into the $69/month Self-Serve plan, the buyout is 3 × $69 = $207.

5. What's not refundable

• Extra pages ($100 each) once they've been built.
• The site migration fee ($349) once migration work has started.
• Ad spend, always. It goes to Google, Meta, or the ad platform, not to us.
• Ad management fees for months already delivered.

Everything else falls under the 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry the card and email you. Nothing happens to your site for 7 days. After 7 days, your site is paused with a maintenance page. It is never deleted without warning.

If payment isn't resolved within 60 days, the account is closed. We keep your files for 90 days after that, and you can request your content export at any time in that window.

7. How to cancel

Cancel from your dashboard, or email us at the address below. We'll confirm within one business day. Cancelling is always at least as easy as signing up.
