You do. We never register domains under our name or hold them for you. We help you set yours up and connect it so you're always in control. If you ever leave, there's nothing to transfer back. It was yours the whole time.

It's free after 6 consecutive paid months on any plan, and free immediately on annual plans. Before 6 months, you can buy it out by paying the months remaining to reach 6 at your plan's monthly rate. Three months in on Self-Serve, that's 3 × $69 = $207. Your domain and content are yours regardless.

Monthly plans: cancel anytime from your dashboard or by email, no fees, site stays live through the end of your paid period. Annual plans: full refund within 60 days, then a prorated refund based on months used at the monthly rate. Example: Growth annual is $1,920. Cancel at month 6 and you've used 6 months at $200, so we refund $720. Your domain is already yours, so there's nothing to transfer. We keep your business by earning it.

We refine the design until you're happy during the build, with unlimited revision rounds. After launch, every plan includes design edits. If you're still not happy in your first 60 days, tell us and we'll take one real shot at making it right. If we can't, you get a full refund of everything you've paid.

Growth, Scale, and Pro include unlimited design edits with a 2 business day turnaround. Edits are revisions to what we built, not a new site. A full redesign, pages beyond your plan, or a change in direction is new scope, quoted separately. Self-Serve includes one edit round after launch: live with your site for a month, collect everything you want changed, and we do it all in one pass. Self-serve text and photo swaps in your dashboard are always unlimited on every plan.

Yes. Free with any annual plan. $349 one-time on monthly plans. We rebuild your current design in our system so you keep what you have plus the editing dashboard. No design changes unless you want them.

Page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, proper heading structure, LocalBusiness schema, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile, all set up correctly on day one. This is setup, not ongoing SEO management (that's Pro). Ranking takes 3–6 months minimum no matter who builds your site, and we'll be honest about it.

Nothing dramatic. We retry the card and email you. Your site stays live for 7 days, then pauses with a maintenance page until payment is sorted. It's never deleted without warning, and your files are kept for 90 days after an account closes.
