What's included in every website build?
Every plan includes a custom-built website, hosting, SSL, mobile-responsive design, a contact form, and your editing dashboard. Self-Serve includes 5 pages, Growth 10, Scale 15, Pro 25. Extra pages are $100 each, anytime.
How long does the build take?
Ten days or less from kickoff to live, for sites up to 15 pages. Larger sites take a few extra days. Most of the timeline is design rounds and your feedback. Once a design is approved, the build itself is fast.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is yours. Your content is yours. Your site files are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no fees, site stays live through the end of your paid period. Annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee, then a prorated refund based on months used at the monthly rate. We keep your business by earning it.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at your next billing cycle. Most clients start on Self-Serve or Growth and move up as they grow.
What if I need more than 5 edits a month on Growth?
Honestly, most clients use 1–2. We put real work into getting your site right during the initial build. More revision rounds before launch means fewer changes after. The 5/month allowance is headroom for busy months, not a typical one. If you consistently need more, Scale includes unlimited.
What if I need more than the pages included?
Extra pages are $100 each, one-time. If you know you need 8+ pages at signup, Growth or higher is the better starting point.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None. If you can click and type, you can use the dashboard. It's built specifically for owners who have zero interest in learning web tech. We walk you through it on your onboarding call.
Can I migrate my existing site?
Yes. Free with any annual plan. $349 one-time on monthly plans. We rebuild your current design in our system so you keep what you have plus the editing dashboard. No design changes unless you want them.
What does "SEO setup at launch" mean?
Page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, proper heading structure, LocalBusiness schema, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile, all set up correctly on day one. This is setup, not ongoing SEO management (that's Pro). Ranking takes 3–6 months minimum no matter who builds your site, and we'll be honest about it.
Will my site show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews?
That's exactly what the SEO setup is designed for. We build with clean HTML, structured data, and LocalBusiness schema. These are the signals AI search engines use. Most small business sites are invisible to AI search. Yours won't be.
What if I need something that isn't on the list?
